崔灿,女,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,西安科技大学2023年高层次引进人才。2022年毕业于西安电子科技大学电子科学与技术专业,获工学博士学位,2021年至2022在意大利特伦托大学ELEDIA研究中心访问交流。主要从事阵列天线综合与优化、新体制阵列天线设计等方面的研究。先后发表SCI论文及国际会议论文10余篇,获授权发明专利8项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点实验室基金项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目等。
